College Link Courses and Glasgow’s supported vocational programme are used to augment the school curriculum. The majority of courses have a vocational emphasis. Colleges and courses on offer vary from year to year depending on requirements of the pupils. The colleges used by the school include Clyde, West, Kelvin and City of Glasgow.

Courses on offer to pupils are varied and include Catering, Baking, Banqueting, Independent Travel, Beauty Therapy, Hairdressing, Driving Theory, RSBI, Introduction to College, Lifeskills, Customer Care, Digital Media, Media Studies, Art, Horticulture, Painting and Decorating, Wood Skills and Business Enterprise.

On leaving Abercorn the majority of pupils move onto supported learning courses at the following colleges of Further Education:

Clyde, Kelvin, City of Glasgow and West.
