Comic Relief!
On Friday 15th March Abercorn School held a fundraising day for Comic Relief with many pupils and staff taking up the red theme!
At morning break there was:
- A Red Nose Cafe where pupils enjoyed a cake and some juice.
- Red hair spraying with a choice of six stencils.
- A cake stall with loads of delicious treats!

Earlier in the day there had been a sweepstake for Staff (congratulations to Mrs Egan!) .
In the run up to the day pupils in Modern Studies had been learning about people and projects, at home and abroad, that are supported by Comic Relief. They also used this information in Art and Design.
A FABULOUS TOTAL OF £248 was raised by all in Abercorn, a great achievement. Thanks to everyone who took part in the fundraising and on the day.
