Trip to Glasgow Science Centre
On Wednesday 15th January, first year pupils and the Science Department travelled to the Glasgow Science Centre for a day of experimentation and discovery. Pupils had time to walk around the various exhibits and experiment with gravity, electricity and gyroscopic forces amongst other things!

After spending time in the science mall pupils were treated to a 3D showing of the NASA Hubble Space Telescope documentary. Here they learned about how Hubble was launched into space and how it is repaired when damaged.

The trip was a great success with staff and pupils learning lots about the world around us. There are more trips planned for the future!
