Abercorn's Apprentice
Moira Stalker from the Scottish Food and Drink Federation and Sandra Brown from local food factory VMG Foods visited us on 20th April and gathered S2 pupils together to explain their Apprentice Challenge. Pupils have now been working on their ideas for a few weeks and have by this stage chosen their pizza name, selected suitable ingredients and designed a logo. In HE they have had a go at making a prototype of their idea and decided on what changes, if any, are needed for their final choice. They have been keeping information along the way to present to the judges at the final on the 15th June.
